How does Benz Australia Realty differ from the rest of the real estate agents or property marketeers on the market?
Benz Australia Realty shares commission earned from the sale of new property with the buyer in the form of CASHBACK offer. Buyers work in partnership with Benz Australia Realty. Buyers must not be registered with the property developer (refer to FAQ's page)
Cashback offer comes directly from Benz Australia Realty and is a share of the selling commission received from the property developer. Cashback offer is paid to the buyer in the form of direct funds transfer to the nominated account on successful settlement of the new property. Cashback offer differs on every new property listed and depends on the selling commission Benz Australia Realty receives from the property developer. Cashback offer is not available from the property developer. Property developers do offer other incentives in the way of special offers such as upgraded inclusions, stamp duty waver, yard maintenance etc. However, by purchasing new property through Benz Australia Realty the buyer receives any specials advertised by the property developer as well as an exclusive Cashback offer from Benz Australia Realty. The property developer provides selling price of the new property; Benz Australia Realty does not set the price.
Benz Australia Realty encourages the buyers to undertake a thorough research and comprehensive due diligence. Where possible, Benz Australia Realty provides research information supplied by the property developer.
As part of our innovative marketing campaign we offer a beneficial referral program to other businesses such as accountants, financial planners, mortgage brokers and other industries having access to the public interested in purchasing new properties to live or invest in.
